Wow...what a tough week. Seemed like I followed my diet and exercise routine to a tee, but the scale didn't want to budge at all. Not sure what I did wrong? "Mother nature" hit me this week, so I am not sure if that was it or not...should I be greatful that I didn't gain any weight?

On a good note...I went skiing yesterday and had a great time, my legs not so tired like usual :) But the best thing about yesterday was I was able to fit into my "skinny" ski pants. Back in January, my profile picture, I had on a pair of ski pants that I had to squeeze into and couldn't button up. Yesterday I had no problem putting them on, they were loose and I could button them up! Yeahh...I felt like I actually accomplished something spectacular.

that time of the month can add pounds to many people (I can go up 5 or more). Just keep going and you will see a loss soon.

thanks suzi...although I didn't gain any weight, it was frustrating to see the scale stalemate at the same number for so long...
