My son noticed the other day that I am losing weight. What a treat! Still havent' drank any pepsi...also staying away from the potato chips. Yesterday I tried to go out and run and see how long I can sustain until my body poops out on me, didn't take long...ran for about 4 minutes then had to walk. I went back with my car to tally the distance, it was 0.4miles...something I will definitely be working on. I have decided that I want to try and run a 5K as my exercise goal with my daughter. Something I have never done,but am willing to give it a shot.
