I love how this shows -11lbs...I fell off the Atkins program for well over a year, but lost that 11 lbs in that time haha..guess that's why it looks good!! Happy as hell I didn't gain during that time!! I'll take the loss and be thankful..This challenge came at the right time, I jumped back on the wagon yesterday... that first couple days are tough but I know I can do it!!
