O.k. gaining weight... calories are between 1500 & 1800/day, net carbs between 50 & 70/day. Exercising a minimum of 30 - 40 min. 4 days/week. I did lose first 10 pounds very fast, in 4 weeks. Body adjusting? Definitely not quitting! Carb cravings are long gone. That in itself is a huge relief! No desire to binge is what's keeping my eating under control. I think I just need to be more patient with my progress.

Maybe it's just sodium, hormones, or some other factor effecting your water weight. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. You might also try sticking to 1500 a week and see what happens. As you lose weight, you need less calories to keep losing.
