I am not losing much weight on the low fat Vegan diet, but I still like the diet in some ways -- it seems healthy to eat fruits and vegetables so I am prepared to be patient about weight loss.
I am still learning. Since my last update I set up an account at Cronometer.com to record calories and exercise, and I continue to watch youtube.com videos to learn more.
I am surprised that animal cruelty (which I thought was nutty) has become kind of important to me in a personal way. I am not trying to change the world, but if I don't eat meat today, then no animal had to die for me to live.
