went on vacation for a week and didnt gain a single pound! All because i could keep track of my calories and carbs by using the fat secret!
190.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's wonderful!!! I have to go out of state the end of March. I don't have a Smart-phone so I am borrowing my parents laptop so I can keep track.

Thanks steampunkgirl! I am convienced that having a way to track what I was eating and see what my carbs were ahead of time, it made it easier to stay on track. I had lost 10 lbs. last year and went on vacation and gained it all back. I was determined that I was NOT going to let that happen this time. I even drank a margarita! LOL!
