First I was disappointed, lonely and frustrated and I started craving the last piece of lemon souffle that I made this morning, and then I got ticked off because of various other people at home being difficult to deal with, so now I REALLY want that souffle. I exercised enough that I have a substantial deficit even if I eat it, so I think I may just indulge my sweet tooth here.
