Realised today that when I put my details into my new scales I put my height in wrong, I chopped off 6.5cms!! So now my fat % has reduced to 26.4 which is better than 29.4!!!!!!
Drunk 4 litres of water yesterday which I am astounded at! Will try to drink as much today - did spend half the day on the toilet though!
Making birthday cup cakes for a friend today - chocolate and beetroot, I'm going to try to not stuff any myself!
It's a beautiful day, sometimes wish the gym was outside.
