Several oops today. Also, it seems prophetic how I was wondering about my desire to eat being genuine hunger or a desire to eat my feelings since later that night that's what I happened to do. I think I did that a little bit today. I craved sweet and crunchy when I was lonely. I've also felt guilty most of the day seeing how the souffles I made really threw the balance off for my calories. I didn't want protein to be the lowest number, but it seemed that nothing would switch things around. :/ I feel a little relieved that this isn't the first day with a calorie surplus, though still disappointed that that's the case.
