doing really well - can not figure out the weight gain....
117.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It might just be too much sodium yesterday. Our bodies are made of 60% water so many things can effect our water weight.
