9.8% - yuck.

I do not know what it is, but it seems my normal eating habits tend to keep me up to this fat percentage around this time of the week. I am beginning to wonder if my cheat weekends tend to catch up to me at about this time or if my body tends to level off once I get back into my weekly routine.

I had a monster back workout to boot last night, maybe I should have gone harder on my cardio afterwards??? Damn those burpee pull ups!

Woke up late today and couldn't get my 4am'er in either =T.

What are you aiming at percentage wise? AND what are burpee pull-ups? I imagine doing a burpee then doing a pull-up afterwards??? Holy smokes. I am still trying to do A pull-up.

I am totally satisfied with being below 10% but whenever I creep around there I get all antsy! You are correct! You start with a burpee, but once you get in the "squat" position to stand back up you instead jump up to the bar and pull up. Last week my superfit buddy pushed me to get 100 burpee pullups total, we alternated 5 at a time until we got there...never thought i could do it but it was done. Unfortunately this time around, I could only do them 3 at a time and i was not keeping count - only went until i could not go anymore.

I would imagine jumping back up from the burpee would give a bit of momentum to do the pull-up. Someone had suggested I do "jump-pull-ups" anyway. I will attempt this - one day!

Most definitely you should give it a shot! Let me know when you do try it out, I bet you get the hang of it and bust them out.
