Weight hasn't gone down in 2 weeks, although I'm sure it's due to muscle. My bodyfat percentage and my waist size have both gone down in 2 weeks. My belt actually no longer fits me on the last loop and I bought this thing no more than 3 months ago.

My office is starting a "live healthy" competition on the 28th. Teams of 2-10 people all throughout the corporation. Myself and a bunch of people from the office formed a team. I don't think we'll lose most weight lost since we have some smaller people on the team, but I think we can win most active. I'm going to show them fatsecret and try to coach them through a lot of the same things I did when I first started losing weight, it should be fun!

Morning! Congrats on your progress! I think I'm going to start doing measurements b/c I'm running into the same thing. My company does a similar competition every year and I'm usually the one to captain my city's team (it's small) for my dept. So much fun! How long does it run for - 12 wks? Is it Shape Up the Nation, perhaps? Have a great one!

Morning Dsy! Our program is a 100 day challenge from Livinghealthy.org. Measurements are starting to be my prefered method with my body fat monitor.
