Goals for this week:
1. Exercise for at least 60 mins X 5 days
2. Eat more lean protein
3. Reduce the amount of carbs
4. Eat more fruits/veggies
5. Set a sleep routine - bedtime 9-10 pm, wake-up 5-6am
6. Workout for at least 20 mins in the morning

Maybe 3 should read: Reduce the amount of bad carbs?
