Today is back to 100% normal, whatever that is Ha!! Got a great workout in, got to sleep in and got quite a bit done around the house today.
Thankful for Memorial day and the men and women who have sacrificed everything so I can be free. Blessings on them and their families!

Yes off the steriods, yay! I really don't like how I feel on them but they do the job they need too, like not letting my throat swell, hives, etc.
