Memorial Day is here and the unofficial beginning of Summer has started. I know for sure now that my job is my eating problem. At my previous job I was able to eat when I wanted and pretty much plan my own day. Now after being at my job 6 months I still can't seem to get my eating back on track. Not having as much control on when I eat has set my eating back and not having as much time has set my exercising back. I'm determined to fix this problem some how. I am back to the gym three times a week and trying to exercise at home on the days I don't go to the gym so that should help. Hope everyone is enjoying their day!
122.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

It's tough when life/work gets in the way, but it sounds like you're making the adjustments you need to. Planning, as you said, is key. Happy Summer! xoxox
