Today I have been to the gym for my upper body workout. I have lacked focus in this session. That might had been due to the lack of preparation and planning. My weight is still the same. 69.1Kg. This can obviously be improved with appropriate schedule for my meals. Also It is crucial that I will have the house appropriately arranged in order to make better use of the facilities in terms of food. I am having a really hard time with washing the dishes and my food supplies are almost finished. I am obviously having improvements in terms of mood and even physical structure. By sunday I should be there. Another issue is that I am not having enough energy for a workout session. But that comes again to organisation issues. I need to be able to master this. I have so far just began the first week. And today is actually the first day I am going to train double. My abs are beginning to show up. As far as the gym itself comes in to topic, everyone seems to be respectful unlike the previous one. But I figured it is not a matter of the place. It is a matter of the person. The more I practice, the more I become better the better I feel. I am not in this to compete with nobody but to improve myself. I am enjoying the results.

People are also beginning to approach me. The attention factor that usually distracts me from my goals. I did not plan for this in a perfect way, but I know that it is part of my acceptance phase. If I have a nice body I will eventually be approached and I need a mature + intelligent way of responding.
