Glad to see I've lost a few pounds of Derby/Easter/Mother's Day/Birthday weight. It's been hard getting back to Low Carb & fighting the urge to say "aw screw it" and tear up some Doritos. I do think I'll plan a cheat day soon, maybe Saturday.
