now I really don't have any excuses any more if I eat sweets :D
woke up with my abs hurting when i move q_q have to skip core training today and do something for my legs and arms instead, maybe I'll just play basketball or so if it doesn't hurt too much :)

wish me luck in my german exam (it's really easy but the listening part is ridiculous and I always have to laugh so I have to try not to or I'll be disqualified Dx)
also later is my psychology exam I'm so scared >.<

wah omg so here is what happened: I finished my german exam 3/4 h early so I meditated for 15 minutes until the examiner finally gave up and let me go, I'm pretty sure that I'll get an A but I think I did worse than in the mock where I got 99%... yeah so then I revised for psychology again and got super stressed out and in my exam I wrote everything really stupidly and didn't use any of the extra space, the questions where really stupid! and of course all the stuff where I knew all the details didn't get asked and only really boring stuff that I hadn't revised properly did get asked :(

at least my exams are over but it starte raining outside so I don't know if I can play basketball today so maybe I'll try doing yoga even though my abs hurt
well what can I say I tried but couldn't bear it for more than 15 minutes, I'm such a whimp :'D

Great idea! Whatever fits in with life! Because the ultimate goal is a healthy and maintainable lifestyle! I'm lucky I pretty much decide what and when my family and I eat and if someone doesn't like it that's too bad;-)

My brother in law went to the UK and he said the family he stayed with ate chips in bread rolls every night! Here in australia a lot of people eat really shockingly too! I just made spinach and zuchinni "dätschli" for the kids dinner and they love it they don't know anything else yet!

yeah that's kind of true my bfs family eat roast and roast potatoes nearly every night but my dad does the same and he's german so it depends on the people too, my english uncle for example is an awesome cook and he can cook a variety of healthy things and my german uncle is the same :D
