30 more minutes of work!!! WooHoo!!!! I have such a headache. Don't worry about my cals, I havent eatten dinner yet. I ran out of veggies today so i will be going to whole foods after dinner to get more veggies for the week. This past sunday I went to a Local Farmers Market and bought broccoli, red and green bell peppers and about 5 cucumbers. Well the broccoli turned yellow in 1 day, so i got rid of it. The Peppers were fine, but the cucumbers were vile. So i eat 1/2 a cucumber a day as my morning snack, so i do what i normally do, however when i went to take a bite of it, it tasted like canteloupe then tasted like soap. By the 3rd bite i spit it in my garbage can here at work and threw the rest of it away, Yesterday I thought maybe it was the peel, so I peeled the other half yesterday. HA boy was i wrong. So I ended up throwing all the vegtables out. I will never go back to the farmers market again. I will continue eatting my organic veggies from wholefoods. Tomorrow I will start following Atkins again to the T. I will go back to my normal menu of 3 meals 2 snacks. 20g nc and see what happens.
