So I have been sorting through our stuff and I came across lots of old photos. I found some of me a few months before falling pregnant with my first child and I realized that I look leaner and skinnier now than I did then! Although officially I am roughly 2-3kg heavier now I am more toned and have more muscle than back then! My husband agrees I asked him to compare and he even thought my arms and legs look too skinny now. This has cheered me up so much and taken alot of pressure off me to get back to pre baby weight!(pressure I put on myself) It really isn't all about weight you can be a few kilos heavier and look a lot better,fitter and be healthier!
Goal weight is still 53kg give or take a few 100grams because I still want to get rid off the lower belly fat which I do still have a bit of.

Diet Calendar Entry for 14 May 2014:

wow... those are good news... it is also act as a role model for your kids that they want to be healthy like you. There is a fine line between healthy with muscle and skinny with weak body.

That's definitely true! Sometimes we forget that muscles also weigh (and they weigh considerably more than fat!) heheheh. Waist measuring is very important! :) I think we're both in a similar situation in that regard right now heheheh. Also trying to lose the persistent belly fat lol.
