My new eating plan is a success so far I am eating a bigger lunch(home made spinach and ricotta pizzas 500 cal 2 servings) and feeling full and have lots of energy all afternoon! Then a light, early dinner (pumpkin soup 106 cal per serve)and milk at the usual dinner time( 120cal per 250ml cup).
The rest of my calories are used up with fruit and protein snack bars!
The best part of it is that my kids(1 and 3) seem to love these healthy meals too they each shared a spinach pizza(theirs was made with normal cheese I don't like lite versions for kids) and adored the pumpkin soup! I snuck some zuchinni in there too and today it is added with hidden broccoli!
If I am craving sweets in the evening I add 15g(69cal) of milo to my milk but will be giving that up soon for the chocolate challenge!
I will weigh in tomorrow morning to see if my new eating plan already has a positive effect on my weight! If not I will be patient and continue until I see results!
120.2 lb Lost so far: 47.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ugh... I am so tired right now I crave sweets. I have still been eating healthy meals but having to many sweet snacks through the day. Thankfully I have 2 weeks or less!

That could be your body craving carbs to gather energy for the birth! I read about that somewhere!

That's terrific! :) Tasty and healthy! No better combination! heheheh. Definitely, be patient because results are almost always slow! :) Take the challenge easy! Don't let the stress get to you! ;)
