I was not as good yesterday as the day before. It's hard working from home as I am always trying to keep from snacking, but I'm ready to do this, so I know I have the willpower to stay away from the pantry.
148.6 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
