So I'm at 211.2 this morning, up from yesterday (210.8) I didnt do much yesterday because of the weather but still I had such high hopes for this stuff. I guess I'm still looking a 4 lb loss in 3 days still 4 days to go in my week. Maybe I need to stop weighing myself so much but I really like to see it. It holds me accountable to see that number on my mirror everyday. I guess I just need to get over it. Thanks for listening

I've been weighing in every morning, I think that's ok, but important to have a longer term outlook when looking at weight loss. It's great to see a smaller number on the scale one day to the next but there are a number of factors that can make that make our weight fluctuate day to day so there will be times of no loss or even gains. Don't be discouraged, it doesn't mean you're doing bad. Just stick to your plan. 4 lbs in 3 days is good.

Thank you. I have never had a problem before I started these new pills. I guess I was just a little "greedy" about it, thinking unrealistic about how much I could lose in the next 60 days. As I was writing it down it was coming into perspective.
