I found the Blue Diamond Almond Breeze in unsweetened vanilla at my grocery store. There is supposed to be a store with the unsweetened chocolate near my work so I'll look this week. I also found a big bag of flax seeds, and am trying fresh almond butter (needs to be sweetened with honey or its hard to choke down).
I am still drinking my 8+ glasses of water.
Still no movement. I did go to Zumba today. It was hard; I'm sore from my run yesterday and from kickboxing and my muscles proved to be too exhausted to coordinate with the moves. I felt like the little old ladies in the class that struggle to keep up. I will have more compassion for them. Sometimes your muscles won't do what your brain is telling it...or your brain can't grasp the move period.
Looking forward to a new day to use my new foods. Tomorrow I think I'll make an omlette of the leftover pork sausage and mushrooms, no cheese sauce.
