Trying to get creative with my cooking. I'm not much of a cook and I have a cast iron stomach so I can pretty much eat anything. Decided to use my Smart Balance sour cream to make a mushroom cheese sauce. I think this will go very well with chicken breast and steamed broccoli although I smothered my pork sausage in it this morning. Not too bad...at least I got a better idea from it.
I haven't recorded any weight because I haven't been able to go since Friday. Constipation is a normal occurance for me especially when I'm working out often. I did kickbox revolution on Thursday night and that started it, and Saturday morning I started running again and came back to do yoga. I have also eaten red meat daily because of my oh-so-yummy Moran's beef patties, and less fiber. Today we will forego the red meat for until we've made progress.
While I have a chance I'm going to search for blue diamond unsweetened almond milk and flax seed and/or flax seed oil. I left my special peanut butter at work by accident.
Okay, here we go, commencing mission make me poop in 3, 2, 1,....
