1237 kcal Fat: 39.20g | Prot: 63.48g | Carb: 157.83g.   Breakfast: Strawberries, special k red, 1% milk, Life cereal, truvia, darigold fat free half & half, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Red Hot Sauce, Bread Crumbs (Seasoned), foster farm chicken thigh, 1% Fat Buttermilk. Dinner: Apple Slices, Pork Sirloin Tip Roast, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Cherry Tomatoes, Baby Spinach, Baby Carrots, Onions, mushrooms, Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Mixed Salad Greens. Snacks/Other: Sugar Free Butter Cream Caramel covered with Chocolate, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Key Lime Flavored Cookies, chocolates (all dark). more...
