1660 kcal Fat: 50.87g | Prot: 106.56g | Carb: 141.21g.   Breakfast: Egg, Lowfat Cheddar or Colby Cheese, SOVIMO egg white SOVIMO, Oats Cereal (Dry, Not Fortified), Bananas, Coffee (Instant Powder), Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, Sesame Butter (Tahini) (Made From Kernels), Oats Cereal (Without Salt, Cooked with Water, Unenriched). Lunch: Red Table Wine, our own anna's low fat yogurt, Cooked Mushrooms (from Fresh), Brown Rice, beef patties. Dinner: Tuna in Water (Canned), Olive Oil, Red Table Wine, Arugula Lettuce, Baby Spinach. Snacks/Other: Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), Strawberries, our own anna's low fat yogurt. more...
