Well this week was difficult. Went on a weekend trip and had a tough time getting back in my healthy lifestyle mentality. Definitely showed in my weigh in. Time to get back on track and rock it moving forward.
233.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
