Slow and steady... I am contemplating the Blood Type Diet to see if there is any merit to it. I have read positive results of people that have used it and they state they feel better than they ever have. I guess I am an experimenter. I think because I am in perimenopause I am willing to try anything to never get vertigo again. How horrible that is!

I haven't read a lot on the Blood Type Diet. I hope it brings you good results. I know if I had vertigo, I would do anything and everything to never get it as well. I've experienced it a couple times and it is HORRIBLE! I really feel for people with Meineire's Disease. Quality of life is severely compromised. Have a good weekend.

I'm with you Gillian! It is HORRIBLE! Thank GOD it is a somewhat common symptom of Perimenopause or I would be really freaked out. It is said that diet can help control it tremendously so I am all in and will give this Blood Type Diet a chance. It's really odd that it is a vegetarian diet which is what I have always leaned towards all of my life.

Here are some links to give you an overview. I was not surprised that my blood type advocated being a Vegetarian. Let me know what you think... http://www.slimbodysecrets.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/blood-type-diet-chart.jpg
