The drop was to be expected. I over ate and over drank all weekend. Yesterday I went for a good walk during lunch time but when I tried to ride the exercise bike at work my legs were dead. I still managed to stay on for the hour and burn 800 calories.
I really wasn't that hungry when I got home but my legs were very sore. By the time I went to bed I knew I would be cramping during the night so I got up an rubbed icy hot on my legs and drank some Powerade. This morning I felt better but my legs are dead. Plus I'm hungry.
The goal is to see how many days I can eat less than 100g of net carbs and have a caloric deficit of -1750 a day.

See, the trouble is, I want to lose weight as quickly as you do. I just don't want to spend 2-3 hours a day exercising like you do. lol
