It was a really long day. Got p at 5, went to bed at midnight. Hard work, lots of tension, hence ate more than usual. Ketostix positive, midrange. However, morning weight-n is frustrating - last few days I have followed Atkins induction to the T, with mild caloric deficit, and would expect at least some weight loss. But 300 g up? WTF?

stress affects cortisol in your body which in turn can retain water. You said it was a hard work day with lots of tension. It may be that. It may not, but it may be.
