Yesterday I overate at lunch; should not have had this avocado - steak and shrimp was more than I needed. Hence I had to restrict myself at dinner time, ate only one egg, couple of olives, and drank a large cup of decaf with almond milk. Was hungry but able to go to sleep. Woke up, and ketostick was deep purple.
Almost two weeks of Atkins, clothes still tight, no change. But I probably did first 8-9 days not right, too many carbs, so shouldn`t count them.
I don`t know how other people dont feel hunger on ketosis - it is not the case for me. No cravings, thats right, but still barely satisfied with light caloric deficit.
