I started Atkins on Monday and so far I LOVE the new found energy I have :) all those excess carbs where definitely wearing me down!! I Lost 4 pounds already on induction and it has been 5 days...GOING STRONG!

Great job on losing the five pound. Isn't it great, the energy you feel when doing Atkins. This is a way of life for me now. Whenever I go off plan I feel horrible. You can do this!
