njashka8's Journal, 29 April 2014

the weight is creeping back down very slowly. It's the best way for a permanant loss but I have to stay patient and just stick to my eating plan;-)
Edit: I saw a post about replacing pasta and rice with cauliflower, sorry can't remember by who, but I thought it is a fantastic idea and will be trying it tonight when my family has spaghetti and minced meat sauce! I love the sauce with extra lean mince and lots of fresh veggies and fresh tomato sauce! That way I can have it too whilst saving lots of carbs and calories! I will be steaming the cauliflower and chopping it finely like suggested;-)

Celery is bland for me since I cannot add any salt to it, but you can eat it spread with peanut butter, cream cheese or hummus to make it more tasty, if you can have those foods on your meal plan. :)

Thanks deb! Yes I can have those things. My meal plan is basically everything in moderation and take the healthier option!

Ok! I should have said low fat cream cheese. I think they even have no fat cream cheese now. I need to look for it in the store. :)
