WELL I WENT OFF THE WAGON FOR The past 5 days I am sick of weighing everything and just needed a break. I kept up with Curve's and only missed Thursday cuz I was helping out a friend and was sore when I got home at 4:30 and being in 6 different stores. I was hurt. I have mt tom so I am in a pissy mood and tried to work off some anger today at Curve's. So back to watching what I eat and see see where I am by May 4th. Well it has been one of those week and I am just feeling frustrated with men and life in general. I guess we will all have these kind of days.

When I get sick of weighing things (and trust me, I do!), I take a break from it all with Banquet Salisbury Steak frozen dinner. It's 230 calories, about 10 ounces, takes 4.5 minutes in the microwave and it fills me up. Then I finish it with one of those Ready Bistro Chicken Caesar Salads for another 230, only I substitute the dressing they provide with the low cal Caesar and save about 100 calories there. Measuring and weighing can get really tiresome, and to me, there's nothing wrong with pre-packaged food for when you've just had it. I hope you settle back into your routine again soon and good job at the gym!

Every one needs a break now and then. The fact you kept working out during that time shows you didn't even take a "real" break from it all. Back on the wagon now and keep motivated. Men and life can get you down but remember this is for YOU!

Our journey towards a healthier life is not just about weight loss - it's about an overall lifestyle adjustment that includes letting ourselves have "one of those days". It doesn't mean dive head first into a three-layer chocolate cake, but you can have a piece - log the calories and continue on your journey. Don't beat yourself up - sometimes we all just have to say "F*(k it" even just once to keep our sanity. So consider this your "F*(k it" moment and continue on your journey.

Good for you coming back and working out through it. We all need breaks sometimes. You are doing so well!

You can do it and just go day by day. Pretty soon there will be many days behind you as well as much weight lost. Sharing can be scary but oh so honest with yourself above all. Good luck! :)

i HAVE TO AGREE,, I always feel better when I work out .. when I "fall off the wagon".. I understand the weighing .. and watching and keeping track.. some days I just wana eat out EVERY MEAL .. and eat all my grocerys in one sitting!! lol... But I always feel better if I do cheat more than one day in a row when I trott my butt down to the work out room.. I maybe only buring half of what I ate.. but I FEEL BETTER.. Im starting to think that is the short term goal.. and the long term goal is weight loss

there is no "wagon" to fall off of.. we all have an off day.. or have a day where we decide to skip the workout... or have the cupcake.. just get up, dust yourself off, and keep on keeping on.. all is not lost..

i KNOW THAT I HAVE TO DUST MYSELF OFF BUT I WENT A WEEK WITHOUT KEEPING TRACK OF WHAT I ATE OR ANYTHING. THE ONLY THING THAT I DID WAS KEPT WORKING OUT AND TRACKING MY STEPS DO NOT EVERYTHING IS LOST.
