I have been under the weather and keeping to my plan has suffered.
I have lost my hearing and I am spending most of my time trying to find the answer to the loss.

So this week I get back on track and start losing those pounds.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

And that is all I do to…get back on the horse! I am sorry to hear of your hearing loss, that must be very difficult. I so not know if you are in the market for a hearing aid or not, but I did look up some data for my doctor once, as they are very expensive. Many, but not all of, the wholesale clubs such as Sam's and Costco have hearing service now and the prices are significant over the private practice. There are also many websites, but service is a problem as the patients have to ship it back. I am sure your private audiologist is a good choice as well, perhaps better, but is more costly. I have lost a degree of my hearing as well, but it is still below the treatment level- but I am always asking people to repeat things and keep the TV loud compared to my husband. I have nerve damage that will likely be progressive as it is part of a genetic disorder. My mother in-law lost her hearing and she lived with me for 3 years. We managed! I wish you the best of luck with this difficult situation and hope you find something to help.
