I actually thought this was a very bad week.
It seemed I could not keep my ratios in line.
My menu included butter!!!!!!!!!!, carrot cake with cream cheese icing!!! ikes!!!!!!

Still, somehow, I lost 3 lbs. Another burden this week, was a nasty cold.
A cold I can not seem to shake. It is a sunny day and I hope to spend time outside in the garden. Hopefully the sun will draw out this nasty cold.

The weight loss helps to push me forward to even greater weight loss.


164.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
