I rode my exercise bike hard for 15 minutes this morning, did a 60 second plank, and all my stretches & rolling before shopping at Costco & Fred Meyer. Lots of steps on my pedometer already : o) My scale was more friendly to me this morning, a good start to this day. :o)

I'm going to a soccer match tonight: go Portland Thorns FC! That will add more steps to my pedometer. Only downside is that it's going to get rainy, windy, and pretty cool. I'll wear layers. Taking healthy snacks to eat; very few healthy choices in the food there. I bought some Krave Turkey jerky at Costco, and have a snack bag of it tucked in a pocket in my purse. I hope the K-9 officers don't take too much interest in me, lol!

Zumba yesterday was awesome, and I'm looking forward to Zumba with Ronnie tomorrow morning. I've got to get ready to go, see you later.
