It was a good first week back. I am back in running shape and working at least 45 minutes of some form of exercise every day. I believe the five pounds down this week is solely based on a very bad Easter weekend that led to a higher than usual weigh-in on the starting Monday. Bolder Boulder training is in full effect and with any luck, I will be at 210 by then and back to 10/min miles.
