weight really dropped. sure didn't get on the scale a second time to check it. I will weigh again tomorrow and see what I get. Then post. Could be the water and almost fasting from breakfast to dinner. didn't sleep well, wish I had the energy I had yesterday-----yet I feel good. could be that I am off glutin for about 6 weeks and sugar too, And could be weight loss ans could be the IHTC Cardio I have been doing Or all of the above
