DAY TWO.
I reached my goals for fruits (2) and veggies(4)! I'm at 70 oz of water so far. Fiber number is hit (25-30g). Protein could be better, it is at 75g right now. Hmmm need to get that up in a way that is easily digestible for it being evening time. Maybe I will do my Herbalife Formula 1 Shake and make it my dessert!That will give me more protein and definitely lots of nutrition so my body is satisfied and doesn't need more. Whereas if I let myself have that cookie, it will be good, but I will naturally crave more because blood sugar level spikes, then crashes!
Alright, I will either do that or Beverage Mix (70 cals, 15g of protein, in drink form) with a light snack!
To everyone else, stay on track, you can do it!!!

UPDATE: yeah I ended up eating 3 cookies....wow! we all really are addicted to sugar. this is going to be a hard withdrawl lol!
