First day completed.
Veggie count: 2.5 Fruit count: 2 h20: 60 oz.
Strengths: Having only one cookie, instead of the usual 2 or 3. Pre-entered my food in the food journal today and it was great having a preset food plan to go off of! Especially for my dessert. Because I had it planned I didn't grab for junk as I normally would at that "dessert" time. Dessert consisted of nonfat Greek Yogurt, 1 cup blueberries, 1/2 c GoLean Kashi cereal, and a couple tsps of brown sugar for extra sweetness....YUM!
Weaknesses: I would say I didn't have any but there are definitely things I'd like to work on for the next days.
Things to work on: - Eat 4 veggies a day, 2 fruits - Get daily grams of sugar down a bit - Since I'm sick and can't exercise, I want to at least dance around my condo for 30 minutes!
Good job to me and I expect to do a bit better tomorrow! :)
