third day.
yesterday evening i prepared for the next day.
grabbed a handful of precut sweet mini peppers and carrots.
paired that with 4 tbsp of hummus and put it all in a tupperware.
i then figured out when i'd be waking up the next day and eating breakfast.
(sidenote:
breakfast only counts if you eat it
within 20 minutes of waking
...or else you are skipping!
your body's cells do not care
if you wanted to sleep in,
then rush to get ready
then grab a latte and a muffin
on the way to work....

i'm going to use examples to make it easier.
i knew i would wake up at 7:30am and have breakfast no later than 7:50am.
count 2-3 hours from that for your first snack of the day.
so i knew i should be keeping an eye on the time to make sure i eat my snack of sweet mini peppers and carrots with hummus, which was 10:45am.
then i continue that same planning until at least lunch,
that way i have half of my day planned and i'm not guessing what i should eat when i'm hungry right now and maybe grab something not on my plan.
fast forward to today.
i followed my plan pretty closely.
i did have a few bites of some of the kid's snacks too but they were all fine choices.
i have most of the day planned now, so i know what i will be doing for dinner and a "treat" after!
