M##@$#!!!!!! So mad at myself, I've eaten progressively worse over the last month and it finally caught up with me. It's a historically bad weigh in. I had some "I deserve it days" and some "get it out of your system days" (Guess what? Still a binge eater!) and a lot of we'll get back to it tomorrows. None of it was worth it.

I've been able to workout enough to cover up some poor habits but this week was bad. I can't work out faster than my mouth can put it away. The only person I've cheated is me and I'm a little further from my goal. Feels good to get honest, back to the basics. Talk to you next week.
174.1 lb Lost so far: 39.9 lb.    Still to go: 9.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
