I had a moment of weakness and I ate a whole slice of caramel pecan cheesecake. It was so good but I'm not sure it was worth it because that means and extra 30 minutes I have to spend burning the calories. It was for yesterday mind you but I still feel the need to get rid of it.
I also ate a very thin slice of chocolate fudge cake. This was for two reasons, after eating the cheesecake, I thought to myself, 'Ah what the hell. Just ate a whole slice of cheesecake not much more damage I can do.' Not my best judgment since I feel guilty about both right now. Secondly, because it's my leftover birthday cake. If it wasn't there I wouldn't feel a need to eat but now I'm just making excuses.
Bikram yoga is later today and as usual I am excited to be going and cannot believe how much I love it. Needed to confess to being a pig and consuming some cheesecake and fudge cake outside of the weekend and my diet. :( It's in the past, now to work it off. :)
