I moved back home. I haven't implemented by previous workout schedule so there has been only one serious workout in the past 2 weeks. It's showing in the numbers.

a couple of weeks and only 1 pound gone. its a little discouraging but i know that looking at my calories in versus calories out i haven't been doing very well for the last week. im also looking at doing more muscle intensive workouts since more muscle equals more calories burned. i haven't yet decided if i will begin by going to the gym more or if i will start off with low intensity workouts at home then move it to the gym. i haven't been going to the gym since i dont have a workout partner to keep me accountable this year. i just need to stop making excuses and begin working harder thats all.

I had a moment of weakness and I ate a whole slice of caramel pecan cheesecake. It was so good but I'm not sure it was worth it because that means and extra 30 minutes I have to spend burning the calories. It was for yesterday mind you but I still feel the need to get rid of it.
I also ate a very thin slice of chocolate fudge cake. This was for two reasons, after eating the cheesecake, I thought to myself, 'Ah what the hell. Just ate a whole slice of cheesecake not much more damage I can do.' Not my best judgment since I feel guilty about both right now. Secondly, because it's my leftover birthday cake. If it wasn't there I wouldn't feel a need to eat but now I'm just making excuses.
Bikram yoga is later today and as usual I am excited to be going and cannot believe how much I love it. Needed to confess to being a pig and consuming some cheesecake and fudge cake outside of the weekend and my diet. :( It's in the past, now to work it off. :)
