Happy Thursday!! Still very cold here ... near zero ... but supposed to warm up to the 30's by tomorrow. Funny how you can get excited about 30 degrees!! I keep expecting a plateau but it has not arrived yet. I'm talking a lot to myself these days ... about how to maintain, how to do this differently this time. Sometimes it's exhausting. But ... I know staying conscious about eating, finding a balance, holding myself accountable are all pieces of the puzzle of success and staying healthy. I hope everyone is having a good day ... and making progress in your journeys to health!!

You are getting sooooo close to that halfway point! I am getting so excited for you! Eeeeeeeeee!!!! As for how to maintain, that is the biggest challenge of all isn't it. This isn't about just taking the weight off. This is about taking it off and KEEPING it off, a lifestyle change. This can't be just a temporary habit we make and then break. With how hard you are working at this and thinking about it, I think you will make the change and keep it. Good for you!

Thanks Munestar!! I'm gonna do my best to make a lifestyle change THIS TIME that will endure longer than a few months!! Hopefully all my obsessing, talking to myself, talking to my buddies here on FS will pay off. I intend to keep weighing and checking in here as a strategy to stay focused ... after my mentor ... Info
