Finally dropped under 190LBS !!!!! I am sooooo stoked write now!! Lost 4lbs this week and could not be happier. I was worried for a moment last week when I went up, but back down again. !! OHHH HAPPY DAY IS UPON ME!! DOING THE HAPPY DANCE !! BLAH to all the non believers out there who don't think Atkins can work!! I am living proof!! ANd happy to be alive , I am !!

so wonderful red!! very proud of you! i want to do the happy dance with you.... but i gained 3 lbs, however, you give me lots of hope since this was you last week. i hope that it "magically disappears" over night! : ) it's happened before.

Thank you friends. Hang in there Vero. Just stick to you plan and it will "majically disappear". Happily put on my "skinny jeans" this morning with out having to put on an oversized sweater to cover my love handles. The little loss gave my a new motivation, one that I had lost because of the gain last week. I was actually feeling doubt last week, but bounced back with a new goal. 5lbs to go to reach 40lbs lost!!
