Hubby returned home - I was bad - drank wine, had ice cream (low carb) for dessert, got to get back on track. Discovered flaxseed meal for breakfast - not too bad, made a cereal mixed with water and microwaved. Mixed in cheese and ham, might try something sweet tomorrow. Will see how I react to so much fiber. Taking daughter to doctor today - long ride(1.5 hours)picking her up at school and heading north. Will pack a salad to eat on the way.
