End of week one (almost). So far I'm ok with induction as I can eat the foods I like - meat, veggies, salad, soup etc.. Getting to exercise a lttle more regularly since shoulder surgery. Even did a couple of yoga classes. Hoping as weather improves, can get out and do more. Can't wait to get into the garden.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
